Placing an Order

Orders can be made in the following ways:

By website shopping cart. Payment by PayPal, or Submit your Visa or Mastercard credit card details for safe on-line transmission. (We recommend you DO NOT include your credit card details within any email.) 

Direct debit details can be provided if requested.

We accept credit cards: Mastercard, Visa or PayPal. Payment can also be made in Australian dollars by cheque or Money Order. If paying by cheque it should be made out to our company GLENEBON Pty Ltd.

Payment must be received prior to goods being dispatched.  


  Special Orders

If you have a special requirement let us know as we have access to many more images than are listed on our website. Please supply as much information as possible. For bulk orders, shipment cost can be reduced.


  Trade Orders

Special Terms are available for quantity purchases. Please email with information of project requirements. Personal consultation in Brisbane, Australia is available by arrangement.

 Delivery Times

We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days of receipt of order once payment has been received. If payment is by Australian Bank Cheque, allow 7 working days for cheque clearance prior to shipment. 

In the case of International Shipping, all orders are sent "Airmail" postage. Normal delivery takes approximately 10 days to U.S.A., 8 days to U.K., 5 days to Asia and New Zealand. Within Australia, postage is usually 1-4 days, although WA sometimes is longer. Shipment within Australia can be expedited with additional payment of Overnight Express fee.

Delivery time estimates are based on current results. There may be circumstances outside our control that may affect these delivery times; e.g. transport delays, industrial strikes, inclement weather (& very occasionally we are unable to reach the Post Office when Mudgeeraba Creek floods..)


Cancelled Orders

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Orders in the course of transit cannot be cancelled.


Credit Card Payments

We provide secure online payment facilities. As with other payments, credit card payments must be received prior to goods being dispatched. Please phone +61 (0)7 5525 1363 if you prefer, to provide credit card details directly to us.



We do not, under any circumstances, give, sell or in any way make available to third parties, our customers' personal details.


E-mail Replies

Whilst we would like to answer all e-mail immediately, in some circumstances it may not be possible. We will do our best to answer as soon as possible.


Exchange Policy

We guarantee all Heritage Editions maps and prints are as described. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please provide as much information as possible of your reason for wishing to do so.

Heritage Editions damaged prints or maps with item numbers prefixed HE, will be exchanged for similar (undamaged) prints or maps, if available, as soon as practicable. Heritage Editions damaged prints or maps with item numbers prefixed DA, if not replaceable, will be refunded, if the damaged print or map is returned immediately, with its original packaging accompanied by original receipt.
